a. We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, you may return the product within 3 days from the date of delivery, provided that the product is in its original condition.

c. Returned items must be in their original packaging and accompanied by the RMA number. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
d. Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days upon receipt and inspection of the returned item. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
